All Personal Training sessions are tailored to suit your goals. Blending traditional HIIT/weight/strength training with multi-planar movements methodologies like Rip 60, VipR, Animal Flow, Sand-bells, Rope and the Bulgarian Bag. These add to tried and tested weight training and fitness principles to make for fun, varied workouts that will burn fat, build your strength, joint stability, bone density and defy the effects of aging.
