Your 45 minute’s of Pilates is personalised to address YOUR body’s specific needs. Because YOU are an individual, your 15 minute’s option includes your choice of either:

Personalised HIIT Weight program

Meditation

Cardiovascular Exercise program or

Stretch/Release Work ( Foam roller and trigger ball release work for any stubborn tight spots that need some extra sorting out)

In an intimate setting of only 3 people per class, there is plenty of attention for you. Class vibe is social and fun, and you will love coming to work out.

 

We will work with your health professional to ensure that we are helping you rehabilitate any old or new injuries.

All Personal Training sessions are tailored to suit your goals. Blending traditional HIIT/weight/strength training with multi-planar movements methodologies like Rip 60, VipR, Animal Flow, Sand-bells, Rope and the Bulgarian Bag. These add to tried and tested weight training and fitness principles to make for fun, varied workouts that will burn fat, build your strength, joint stability, bone density and defy the effects of aging.

 

Sessions can be held one to one, with a buddy or as part of your company’s health program. Get in touch if you are interested in corporate workout options.
